2027 Grand C&I Welcome
Excellencies, Knights, Dames, Companions and Guests, the 2027 Grand Convent and Investiture host Priory of St. Louis the Crusader extends a “Heartland” felt invitation to attend the 2027 SMOTJ Grand Convent & Investiture, which will take place in St. Louis, Missouri, May 26 through May 30, 2027. We will have plenty of room to accommodate everyone and want to encourage everyone to make it to this year’s Grand C&I.
We are returning to a Full Grand C&I program which includes a Change of Command and a full schedule with focused leader break-out sessions, meetings, collaboration and continued engagement. As we have done in recent years, we will start each day with a short religious service to help focus our hearts, minds, and steer our efforts to fulfilling our Mission for GODs Glory.
2027 Grand C&I Registration Information
- GC&I Registration Paid at GCI Charlotte: $275 ( May 29th or Sunday, May 30th)
- GC&I Registration Paid June 1, 2026 – April 1, 2027 : $300
- GC&I Registration Paid AFTER April, 1, 2027: $325
- OOM Luncheon (Order of Merit Members Only): $85
- Postulants, Non GPUSA or Guest: $150

- Cancellations received BEFORE April 26, 2027= 100% Refund
- Cancellations received between April 26, 2027 to May 12, 2027 = 50% Refund
- Cancellations received after May 12, 2027 = 0% Refund
2027 Grand C&I Schedule / Itinerary
Thursday will focus on the Executive Committee meeting and the RDF Board meeting but will also have a fun offsite Special Tour lead by tour Group Destination St. Louis at an attractive price.
Friday’s schedule will be filled with break-out sessions supporting the various Officer roles and focus groups, an Order of Merit Luncheon, a Middle East Panel Presentation with guest speakers and of course will include a magnificent Grand Prior Reception.
Saturday we will start with the Grand Council Session followed by the Grand C&I Ceremony where we will be installing our new Grand Executive Leaders, investing new Knights and Dames, as well as promoting and recognizing worthy Templars who have poured their time, efforts and devotion into our beloved Order. We will conclude the evening with a Grand banquet, Silent Auction and of course after hours of fun, laughter and libations.
On Sunday we will have our Ecumenical Religious Service.
Attendees can explore St. Louis and the surrounding area at their leisure. St Louis is known for having remarkable attractions, many free to experience. With meetings and gatherings planned for Thursday and Friday…. arrive early – stay late – and explore all that “The Lou” has to offer!
