How to have a meeting at a later date or time:

1. Start your meeting: Click above on the “Start A Meeting” button and begin your meeting.
2. Access meeting info: Click the info icon (ⓘ) in the bottom right corner of the meeting window.
3. Copy the meeting link: A window will appear. At the top, you’ll see the “Meeting URL.” Copy this entire link.
4. Invite attendees: Share the copied link via email or any other messaging platform with the people you want to join your meeting. Include the meeting start time in your message.

    

Alternatively, using the meeting code:

1. Optionally, copy the meeting code: Instead of the entire URL, you can just copy the unique code at the end of the meeting link. It typically looks like: https://meet.google.com/xxx-xxxx-xxx.
2. Share the meeting code: Provide the meeting code to your invitees.
3. Join using the code: They can then directly enter this code above to join the meeting.

    

Note: You must start the meeting before your guests can enter, regardless of whether you share the link or code.

To schedule a meeting in advance via google calendar, the member scheduling needs to use their gmail account calendar. You will be given the option to set-up a video conference in the meeting set-up pane. Set the time and day/date, and select the attendees you want to invite. Invites will be sent to the selected invitees via email, with the code to use to join the meeting. NOTE: there may be some limitations, depending on the level of Google account you have.
